All enquiries, changes or cancellation of room reservation should be addressed to Curagenda and NOT directly to the hotel.
1. To guarantee you can enjoy the special room rates and/or VIP benefits, reservations must be made through Curagenda.
2. Hotel reservation will be taken on a “first-come-first-served” basis. Credit card details are required by the hotels to secure your booking.
3. Room reservation requests and confirmation of booking will be handled by Curagenda, New York.

4. The special room rates quoted are only valid for reservations made before specified dates on the price sheet. Therefore, room availability and special rates for reservation made after that date cannot be guaranteed.
5. The special hotel rates are only valid during the fair period for attendees of PHOTOFAIRS Shanghai
6. All bookings for days outside the Fair period will be subject to availability of rooms.
7. Cancellation policy varies according to hotel. Please refer to hotel price sheet or contact us directly.
