How do you charge for your services? 

For leisure trips, we charge a standard planning fee to design an itinerary and travel management. The fee is based on the number of travel days, people and the complexity of the trip. For groups, corporate travel, and bespoke packages, that will be estimated on a case by case basis. We also work on retainer for long-term travel management needs.

We can help realize your travel dreams from a small involvement (such as booking that one-of-a-kind villa) to orchestrating the entire travel experience. We consider this trip planning process a collaboration with you. Helen, your travel advisor, specializes in designing memorable experiences and doesn’t offer cookie-cutter trips. Helen meticulously crafts each itinerary to your exact tastes and travel style, working with her global network of best-of-the-best insiders. While being on the pulse of culture, we have dedicated our lives to seeking out the best experiences and gems that will inspire you. Your itinerary can range from a full day of activities to a day of relaxation. Some of our clients like to be completely surprised and don’t look at the itinerary at all - but follow our tour host throughout the experience. 

Do you book hotels and flights? 

Yes, we are known for choosing and recommending unique properties and luxury villas that match the taste of the client, meanwhile offering an array of value through Virtuoso and other hotel consortium partners. We prefer to be in control of all components of your trip, including hotels, in order to plan a fully curated and seamless trip. 

What hotel amenities programs are you a part of?

How much will a trip cost per person? 

Generally speaking, it will cost around $1000 USD per day per person, as a starting budget.
